Anyone know anything about the gold medalians/coins that the band wore around their necks from chains almost constantly when younger? If you've seen the new History doc. you'll see that all band members wore them from the time of the bands conception (especially Glenn who never seemed to take his off) and at least up until the breakup in 1980. Can't get a close enough look to see what they represent. Look at Glenn's 1970's pics to see what I'm referring too. It's driving me nuts to get the scoop on this. Thanks a bunch!

They have a standing eagle with the word EAGLES on the bottom. They appear to be made of brass or gold. I also am trying to find out where they came from. I currently have a similar item in my collection but it is the logo off the first album. It too has the word EAGLES (in the same font) I was told it was in storage for 45 years and was given to someone very close to the Eagles.
