I wish I knew the ticket information for Hong Kong, but we just don't. Maybe someone can call the venue and try to get the information from them? We will post the info as soon as we find it.
This is all the information I have about the show. This was an article that appeared in a newspaper in May.
Rockers to earn a fortune
Hong Kong - American country rockers The Eagles have landed a lucrative deal to play the most expensive rock concert in Hong Kong history, organisers and media reports said on Wednesday.
The ageing hippies, whose 1970s hits include Hotel California and Peaceful Easy Feeling, will reap a bumper pay-cheque with tickets for their 20 October gig at the 12 500-seat Coliseum to go on sale at up to HK$2 750 each.
They will top the $1 900 charged for The Rolling Stones last year - a price that caused outrage among local music fans.
Gig organisers Limelite wouldn't be drawn on the band's earnings, but said the $2 750 price-tag "sounded about right".
"But this will be a historic show," said Limelite's Dora Chang. "This is the first time and probably the last time they will play here. They are getting old and I don't think we will have a chance to see them again."
Rock fans in Hong Kong are deprived of top-line Western acts through a combination of high touring costs and low demand.
The Eagles will play Hong Kong as part of a short Asian tour that will also take in Singapore and Bangkok, Chang said.
The Eagles, fronted by drummer-vocalist Don Henley and guitarist Glenn Frey, pioneered the west coast sound of laid-back country-tinged rock that dominated early 1970s American pop.
They split in the early 1980s only to reform in 1994.
Noticed a reporter at the South China Morning Post, and he has done a story about the Eagles upcoming concert for today's (Thurs) paper. Would really like to chat to a fan of their’s.
You could drop him a line at 2565 2225, to either have a chat yourself, or recommend someone else who would be happy to talk to them.

my family including myself used to play their (eagles)albums since i was young. I am 33 yrs. old now and my chance to see them performing live here in HK. Can u pls. let me know where can i buy tickets from? I really don't want to missed this chance. Thank You!
I am one of the million fans of EAGLES since my childhood. Wish to see them performing live anywhere in the world. A great chance for me knowing that they're coming here in hk. And could you please let me know, is there any cheaper ticket, because i am dying to see them yet i can not afford to buy not any of the ticket prices listed. Can ANYBODY HELP ME? Thanks a lot. It feels like more than winning in a Mark Six. God Bless U
at any rate, since I have no choice but to fly to either HK or Bangkok, I would appreciate it if you could forward details on how to purchase tickets for the concert. my email address is andyriot@pldtdsl.net. thanks
Its good for Hong Kong that The Eagles are landing(playing). However everytime a big named band plays in Hong Kong, I believe they just see dollar signs $$$$. In my opinion the tickets are too expensive from $588 to $2750.
Who promoted this tour? Did they not check the date? It would have made a lot more sense to have it a day later on the 21st of October since the 22nd is a holiday. And what's up w/ the ticket prices. This ain't America, $580 is considered expensive in HK. You know only dumb***es would buy the $2K tickets as everyone will be running to the front when the concert starts. I saw Pink Floyd for $35 USD back in '94 and they blow Eagles out of the sky and I'm American.
We're (12 of us)seeing the concert in HK & think the $2750K r well worth it. Bayoumama, get real!! This is HK!! No one will be rushing to the front, Hong Kongers are a civilised lot.
Can anyone please confirm if the Eagles concert (at the HKC) will be with a "Center Stage" or End Stage" seating plan? Better still, does anyone have an e-mailable seating plan please?
