Eagles' Voices Soar With Crowd (Omaha World Herald)

It was fitting that rock supergroup the Eagles kicked off their concert Saturday night with "The Long Run."

Fans who ponied up $125 for tickets definitely got their money's worth as the band played a marathon three-hour-plus set that included three encores.

The lights went down at 8:15 p.m. and the crowd went nuts as the band sauntered onto the stage of the Omaha Arena before a near sell-out crowd of more than 15,000 people.
